The Pellet Envy competition team hails from the BBQ mecca of Kansas City and is comprised of Pitmaster Rod Gray and “The Closer” Sherri Gray. Most often, they have made significant investments already and are looking for connection, ideas, and experience-led input in connecting their passion to customers and greater market share.
With education as the NBBQA’s cornerstone, the NBBQA is also loaded with aspiring barbecue professionals that have a desire to learn what it takes to transition their avocation to vocation.
